2. No Physical or Tangible Goods
All products and services offered by PrimeVenture AI are digital in nature, including but not limited to:
- AI-powered content generation tools for blog writing, digital ad copy, website copy, and more.
- Marketing and eCommerce copywriting solutions.
- AI-driven content optimization for SEO and technical writing.
Since our platform is fully digital, there are no physical shipments or returns.
3. Trial & Access Policy
At this time, we are still working on launching our platform and do not yet have a fully operational or demo version available. Once we are fully integrated with Paddle, we may offer trial access to allow users to experience our services before making a purchase.
4. Refund Eligibility
Given the digital nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
- A technical issue on our end prevents access to the purchased service.
- A duplicate charge occurs due to a billing error.
